1.2 By booking a Pub Crawl or a Language Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Events"), the participant (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") agrees to these GTC.

2. Participation Requirements

2.2 The Participant declares that they are able to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly, if applicable to the Event.

2.3 Individuals under the influence of drugs or heavily intoxicated may be excluded from the Events without entitlement to a refund.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking an Event can be done either through the Provider’s website, directly on-site, or through the Provider’s partner network.

3.2 For bookings made through the Provider’s partner network, different cancellation terms may apply. These are specified in the partner's GTC and are the responsibility of the partner.

3.3 Payment for the Events must be made in advance or on-site via credit card, Twint, or another commonly accepted payment method by the Provider.

3.4 A booking is only binding after full payment has been received.

4. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Rebooking

4.1 Participants may cancel their tickets at any time. However, no refund of the already paid amount will be made, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

4.2 Unused or cancelled tickets can be rebooked to another date free of charge, provided that this is requested at least 24 hours after the Event.

4.3 The Provider reserves the right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather conditions, official orders, staff illness). In such cases, the Participant will be refunded the full amount or offered an alternative date.

5. Liability

5.1 The Provider assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or accidents occurring during the Events.

5.2 The Participant is responsible for their own behavior and is liable for any damages they cause during the Events.

5.3 The Provider is not liable for the loss of personal belongings of the Participant during the Events.

5.4 Participation in the Event is at the Participant’s own risk. The Provider assumes no liability for accidents caused by the Participant’s or other participants' behavior. Each participant is required to behave responsibly during the Events and to comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 The Participant agrees to follow the instructions of the guides and staff in the visited bars and clubs.

6.2 The Provider reserves the right to exclude participants who behave disruptively or inappropriately from the Event. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Data Protection and Photo Recording

7.1 The Provider will not disclose the Participant’s personal data to third parties unless necessary for the execution of the Events or legally required.

7.2 During the Events, photos and videos may be taken, which the Provider may use for promotional purposes on their website, social media, or in other marketing materials.

7.3 Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the responsible guide or event manager before the start of the Event. The Provider will respect this request and ensure that these participants do not appear in the recordings.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 Should any individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.2 Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Zurich.
